Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 qt. popped corn (depending on how much syrup you like)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, margarine, salt and corn syrup; boil over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and stir.
    Pour over popped popcorn in a large roaster.
    Place in the oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 20 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
