Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. peanut oil
1 c. granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and roll dough into small balls. Flatten with teaspoon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 19 to 20 minutes. (After flattening, tops can be brushed with egg white if desired.)
