Ritzy Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook broccoli in water 5 minutes; drain well.
Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese; mix well.
Add drained broccoli and pour into 13 x 9-inch dish.
Sprinkle crumbs (can also be corn bread or herb dressing).
Dot with butter.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes. This may also be fixed and frozen until time to bake.
