Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
8 slices bacon, cooked and diced
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. enriched flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg
1 3/4 c. milk
1 small onion, diced
Preparation

Bake pie shell for 7 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Remove and reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Fry bacon until crisp, drain and cut.
Save 2 tablespoons bacon for trim.
Place remaining bacon in pie shell; add cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over bacon and cheese.
Sprinkle remaining bacon on top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Let cool 25 minutes and serve. Serves 6.
