Best Ever Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bacon
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. cubed and diced potatoes
    4 eggs, hard-cooked
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 red onion (small), chopped
    1/2 medium size green pepper
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook in skillet on medium heat until crisp.
    Drain bacon.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet.
    Mix mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt.
    Combine potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, onion and green peppers in bowl. Mix mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture.
    Stir in bacon.
    Chill several hours before serving.
