Peanut Butter Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed vanilla wafer cookies
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (small) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Stir together cookie crumbs, nuts and butter; press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter. Stir in 1 container of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
