Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
bananas
vanilla wafers or graham crackers
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients and put into microwave.
Rub margarine around top of bowl so mixture won't boil over.
Cook until thickened; add egg yolks and return to microwave for a minute.
Take out and add vanilla and margarine.
Do not overcook.
Mixture needs to be able to pour so it will soak into the layers of bananas and wafers.
Layer bananas and wafers in a bowl, then pour pudding mixture over the layers.
