Sour Cream Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 c. (pt. carton) sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. white flour

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff, add yolks and beat.
Add sour cream with soda, then the flour and salt.
All this is easily done in your electric mixer.
