Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine the rice, sugar, milk, raisins, nutmeg, eggs and salt.
    Mix well and pour into a buttered casserole.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until the top is browned.
    Serve warm.
    Yield: 8 servings.
