Old-Fashion Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) cans Ensure
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pie shells
nutmeg

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients well; pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until you can cut with a knife and it will come out clean. Sprinkle top with nutmeg while pies are hot.
