Do-Ahead Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    10 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bacon, cut up very small
Preparation
    Butter slices of bread and decrust.
    Lay butter side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    With mixer or blender, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture.
    Place bacon (uncooked) on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
