Italian Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 clove fresh garlic, minced
1/2 c. pecan meal
3 eggs
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into 375\u00b0 olive oil in fryer.
Fry only until balls are set.
Place in baking dish and cover with sauce.
Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
