Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, Golden Delicious, Fuji, or Rome, cored
4 tsp. butter, cut up
1/2 cup apple juice
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
Peel apples, leaving a 1-inch wide band of peel around the center of each.
Arrange apples in a 9-inch square baking dish. Fill each cavity with 1 tsp. each butter and cinnamon-sugar. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
