Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno pepper cheese, grated*
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 c. crushed round buttery crackers (about 56)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    *6 oz.
    Mexican cheese loaf may be substituted for jalapeno pepper cheese.
