Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pork sausage links
1 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crust shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Pet evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In medium skillet, fry sausage until cooked.
Remove sausage; drain on paper towel.
Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
Saute onion and green pepper in reserved fat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Slice sausage.
Combine cheese and flour.
Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onion.
Spread in pie crust shell.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour into shell.
Bake on cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes, or until browned and filling is set.
Serves 6.
