Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 green pepper, cut up
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green onion, cut up
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in container or bowl and cover.
    Refrigerate.
    Can make ahead of time.
    Longer it stands better it is.
