Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    5 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 cube butter
    1 can water chestnuts, cut up
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables in butter. Bring the water to a boil. Add chicken bouillon and 1 cup uncooked rice.
    Add vegetables and pour into casserole dish.
    Cook, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
