Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda, put in buttermilk
    3/4 c. nuts
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
    Stir in nuts and bananas.
    Use 1 cup bananas for drier bread or 1 1/2 cups for moist bread.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes (may take longer for moister bread).
    Yields 1 loaf.
