Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh tomatoes
    3 peppers
    1/2 large onion
    8 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Skin tomatoes; core and remove as many seeds as possible. Process in food processor until almost pureed.
    Pour into nonmetalic bowl; add vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin.
    Chop onion. Mince garlic and add onion and garlic to bowl.
    Clean peppers; mince in processor.
    Add to bowl.
    Great with tortilla chips covered with melted cheese.
