Sour Cream Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 duck
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Coat duck with flour; fry in melted butter.
    Add onion, tomato juice and mushrooms.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Cook duck until tender.
    Remove duck; stir sour cream in juice.
    Pour over duck before serving.
