Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 small bell pepper
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can Italian style tomatoes
1 pkg. Saucers Chili-O mix (dry)
1 large can pinto beans
1 small can kidney beans
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown hamburger and chopped pepper and onions.
Drain grease well.
In a crock-pot, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili dry mix.
Mix well.
Add hamburger mixture.
Simmer on low all day. One hour before serving, add drained kidney beans and pintos. Serve chili hot and garnish with grated Cheddar cheese.
