Cauliflower Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium heads cauliflower
4 strips bacon, cut in small pieces
1/4 lb. American cheese, cut in strips
1/8 c. milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water.
Drain; cool and break into flowerets.
Arrange alternate layers of cauliflower, bacon and cheese in well greased casserole.
Beat eggs with milk and seasonings.
Pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
