Sausage And Lentil Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. dried lentils
1/4 c. oil
3/4 lb. Italian hot sausage
1/2 lb. kielbasa
4 hot dogs
1 large thinly sliced onion
1 c. whole plum tomatoes
seasonings to taste: basil, thyme, bay leaf, garlic, hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook lentils according to package directions in water.
Simmer approximately 20 minutes until almost soft.
