Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 1/2 c. chopped onions
8 c. hot yellow peppers
8 cloves garlic, chopped
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
3 Tbsp. salt
4 Tbsp. chili pepper
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Cook ingredients 1 hour.
Mix 1 cup cold water and 8 tablespoons cornstarch.
Add to vegetables.
Put in cans and cook 20 minutes in hot water bath.
