Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 large potatoes
    2 to 3 gloves garlic
    salt to taste
    garlic powder
    4 c. water
    1 large onion
    1 small head cabbage
    1 large can tomato
    1 can El Paso hot sauce
    black pepper to taste
    1 can string beans
Preparation
    Saute hamburger with onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender and meat is brown.
    Add garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste.
    Add water, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, 3 bay leaves and hot sauce.
    Cook until potatoes and cabbage are done.
    Add string beans.
    Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
