Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked crab meat
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dry bread crumbs
    1 slice bread, wet, squeezed out and crumpled
Preparation
    Combine crab meat, mustard, mayonnaise, egg, salt, Worcestershire, cayenne and bread.
    Shape into 8 cakes.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Cook in oil over moderate heat until brown on one side.
    Turn carefully and brown the other side.
