Sunday Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium carrots, cut in diagonal slices
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Place carrots in 1-quart casserole dish with butter and brown sugar.
    Cover and microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
    Mix water and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir in carrot mixture.
    Add pecans, cover and microwave at High for 2 to 4 minutes until thickened.
    Serves 3 to 4.
