Baugna Cauda("Hot Bath") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    5 to 7 cloves fresh garlic
    black pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
    6 anchovy fillets or 2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in saucepan on low heat.
    Mince garlic; add to pan.
    Cook until just softened.
    Add anchovies; cook until fish dissolves into a paste, about 5 minutes.
    Add pepper to taste.
