Hussar Salad(Popular Dutch Dish For Fall And Winter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked beef, diced
    2 tart apples, chopped
    2 pickled beets, chopped
    1/2 c. diced bread and butter pickles
    6 medium sized cooked potatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. diced pickled onion
    1 small yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    lettuce, mayonnaise, 2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced) and 1 tomato (cut into wedges) (garnishes)
Preparation
    Mix meat, apples, beets, pickles, potatoes and onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad mixture and marinate overnight.
    Serve over lettuce; garnish with mayonnaise, eggs and tomato wedges.
