Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm patty shells
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced, peeled garlic
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. light cream, half and half or milk
    1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
    chutney
    shredded coconut
Preparation
    Prepare patty shells according to package directions.
