Ground Turkey Breast Basic Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (about 1 1/4 lb.) pkg. ground turkey
    1/2 c. plain or seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. liquid egg substitute
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper or to taste
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Add other seasonings as desired.
    You can use this mixture for burgers, meat balls or meat loaf.
    Makes 6 servings (140 calories, 2 g fat per serving).
