Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    3/4 to 1 c. pineapple juice from pineapple
    1 (No. 1) can pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. sliced green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced onions
Preparation
    Brown pork in oil in large skillet.
    Combine water, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, soy sauce and juice from pineapple. Cook until clear and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
    Add sauce to pork in skillet and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until pork is done.
    Add pineapple chunks, green peppers and onion.
    Continue cooking 2 minutes longer.
