Nana Mccann'S Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter (not margarine)
4 c. sugar
8 sq. chocolate
2 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Simmer together butter, milk and sugar for 10 minutes.
Add chocolate, vanilla and salt to milk mixture.
Simmer half hour three or more times (raising and lowering temperature to keep from boiling but bringing to boil 3 times).
Test consistency by dropping a little in cold water.
