Apple Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. nuts
3 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. pared apples, chopped fine

Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, oleo, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
Mix until well blended.
Mixture will be dry.
Add apples, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in 1 cup nuts.
Turn into a well greased and floured Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove.
