Hearty Bacon Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. cubed 1/2-inch potatoes (6 medium)
    1 c. chopped onions (2 medium)
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook bacon in saucepan over medium heat until bacon is crisp. Add potatoes and onions.
    Continue cooking for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking until heated thoroughly, 10 to 20 minutes.
