Sauerkraut And Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed 2 times
1 apple, peeled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bottle beer
1 c. water
1 lb. spareribs
1 lb. lamb stew meat
Preparation

Put all ingredients in pot. Cover and cook until meat falls off bones. Remove about 1 cup juice.
Thicken with 2 tablespoons flour.
Add to meat and sauerkraut. Add cooked kielbasi.
