Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    6 oz. can mushrooms
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak in bite size pieces.
    Brown in small amount of fat as needed.
    Add water and mushrooms.
    Stir in soup mix.
    Heat to boiling.
    Blend flour into sour cream.
    Add to hot mix and cook until sauce thickens.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
