Zucchini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, peeled, grated and squeezed dry
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. bread crumbs (fine)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Mix and form into cakes.
    Lightly flour and fry until brown. Can be served with tartar sauce.
