Low-Fat Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cubed
1 c. raw cauliflower
1/2 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion or flakes
1/2 tsp. Good Stuff seasoning (brand name)
Preparation

Add the chicken
to the remaining ingredients. Add just enough low-fat mayonnaise\tto mix. Add paprika, if desired and pepper.
