Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pkg. fresh mushrooms, stems removed
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. salad crunchies, chopped in blender
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 to 3 Tbsp. mixture of grated (finely) Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses
Preparation

After removing mushroom stems, combine cream cheese, salad crunchies and spices.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons finely grated cheeses.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into mushrooms in a mound. Sprinkle cheese over filled mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on ungreased baking pans (it needs to have sides, because mushrooms become juicier) until cheeses are melted (about 15 to 20 minutes).
