Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    1 small can coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add flavoring.
    Remove beaters and fold in coconut.
    Bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
