Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    12 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Stir in rest of water, salt
    and
    sugar.
    Add
    oil
    and\tstir. Stir in as much flour as
    possible.
    Place\trest
    of
    flour on smooth surface,
    saving
    the
    12th cup.
    Pour dough from bowl onto
    flour and
    knead.
    Work\tin all the flour you can until smooth and silky.
    Place dough in large well-greased container and
    cover with a cup towel.
    Let rise until doubled.\tRemove and
    knead
    in last cup of flour until smooth.
    Form loaves or rolls
    and place in well-greased pan.
    Turn oil side up; cover and
    let
    rise until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
