No-Knead Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oleo, softened
Preparation
    Stir together flour, dry milk and salt.
    Combine yeast, sugar, warm water and cereal in large mixing bowl; let stand 2 minutes. Add egg, oleo and 1 cup flour.
    Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add flour to remaining mixture by hand to stiffen sticky dough.
    Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
    Stir down; spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
