Cream Cheese Cake Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafer cookies
    favorite pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Preparation
    Beat together the first 4 ingredients until smooth.
    Line cupcake tins with paper liners.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer at the bottom of each.
    Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with pie filling.
    Makes 12 cupcakes.
