3-Layer Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil and cook until thick over reduced heat, stirring constantly.
    Set aside to cool.
    Then blend cream cheese and sugar together.
    Whip the cream and fold into cheese mixture.
    Spread half of the cheese mixture into a baked 9-inch plain pastry pie shell.
    Add raisin mixture and top with remaining cheese mixture.
    Refrigerate and serve cool.
