Kraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can kraut
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together kraut, onion, celery and green pepper.
Combine vinegar, oil and sugar.
Blend and let stand for 1 hour or longer. Serves 6.
