Moo Koo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sliced raw chicken breast
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 c. peas
    1/2 c. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. bamboo shoots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Saute chicken in oil.
    Add peas, mushrooms and veggies with 2 cups water.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Combine soy sauce and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water.
    Stir into mixture and cook until thickened.
    Serve on rice.
