Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    1 small chopped garlic bulb
    1 small chopped onion
    8 slices fried bacon
    4 thick pork chops
    1 large pkg. sauerkraut
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in small amount of vegetable oil.
    Mix all other ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and place chops on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, then turn pork chops.
    Stir mixture and bake for additional 45 minutes.
