Easy Make Ahead Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 vanilla wafers
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat first five ingredients until light and fluffy.
    Line muffin tins with paper liners.
    Place vanilla wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper liner.
    Fill with mixture 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 20 minutes.
    Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
    Chill.
