Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1/2 c. oleo, melted
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
4 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and corn meal in bowl.
Add eggs, melted oleo, milk, lemon rind and juice; beat until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
